Over here at America’s Walking Club, we are celebrating National Walkin g Month for the whole month of May! Walk ing. We’ve been doing it since the first people could, well, walk! But what’s the big deal? Wh y is walking important? Why do doctors and people in general put so much emphasis on going on dail y walks? Well, that’s because there is more to walk ing than what meets the eye.
